HINGHAM — Melissa Miller and her 5-year-old son John popped into the Patriot Cinemas at the Hingham Shipyard on Sunday to catch the 1:10 p.m. showing of “Sonic the Hedgehog.”
The two had seen the movie already, but Melissa Miller said she wanted to get out of the house and her son was excited to see the movie again. The only disappointment for them was there would be no candy or popcorn. Food sales have been banned as part of the state’s coronavirus restrictions for theaters.
