Tweed Regional Gallery is encouraging all artists – including First Nations and young artists (5 to 18 years) – to enter the inaugural Wollumbin Art Award (WAA). Open to artists from the local government areas of Tweed, Byron, Ballina, Lismore and Kyogle as well as the Scenic Rim and Gold Coast City, a $15,000 first prize is on offer with a two-week residency at the Gallery’s Nancy Fairfax Artist in Residence Studio.
